Shipping

Processing Time
  • I am committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible, but please bare in mind that you are ordering from a small business and allow up to 14 days for deliveries.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time as the process of creation takes time. Please ask in advance for an estimated processing time if needed.
Shipping Costs
  • All parcels are sent from Germany via DHL and include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once the order has shipped. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the packages

Shipping Locations
  • Outside of Germany, orders can be shipped to the following countries:

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Packaging

  • Each piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely. I use eco-friendly, recycled and/or recyclable materials whenever possible.

Returns and Refunds

  • I try to describe each piece carefully on the shop page, but please note that they are made by hand and therefore unique. Variations in dimension, shape and glaze are a natural result of the artisanal process.
  • I send the pieces wrapped as safely as possible. However, should you not be happy about a piece, or should something get damaged during transport, please document that and get in touch with me. You can return the undamaged and unused purchase within 14 days.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning and undamaged item. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You must ensure that fragile products arrive intact; any merchandise that arrives damaged, chipped or broken will not be refunded.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

The exchange of a piece is unfortunately not possible, as each piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation.
